Mmmmmmmm ! Wonderful. Did it with pork loin. Nice to find something that doesn't marry pork with beans !
This was an excellent dish. I substituted boneless pork loin chops and used T. Marzetti's Honey Dijon salad dressing, because I didn't have enough dijon mustard on hand. I made the recipe for two and cut everything in half and used a small bottle of Kendal Jackson Chardoney. The flavor was wonderful and the chops were tender. I would make this again in a heartbeat. Thanks!
The sauce is so good, but next time I will reduce it more. Thanks for sharing this lovely recipe.
Wow, these were delish...I ended up drizzling the sauce over everything on the plate.
Thanks so much for a yummy recipe.
With so may five star reviews I felt good about making this even though I could not predict how the taste would be. The sweet of the honey and savory dijon and wine? Well, it turned out to be delicious! It was kind of a sweet and sour taste but savory. I also added about 1/2 of a thinly sliced onion to my pork chops about 5 minutes before adding the wine sauce. I had my small piece of pork covered in sauce, inteding to eat light and ended up going back for more. Very good, so easy and with things I always have on hand. Thanks for sharing.
Very tasty and easy to make. I used thin chops and cut the recipe in half for the two of us. I thickened the sauce with some cornstarch. Served with brown rice and green beans. Thanks for an easy weeknight dinner.
I LOVE this recipe. It is so simple and delicious. My husband isn't a huge fan or pork, but he requests this on a regular basis. Thanks!
Very tasty, made some changes to the basic recipe and doubled it as i was cooking 10 chops. Didn't have any cooking wine so used chicken broth with a few tbsp of red wine vinegar in it and seemed to do well, had to thicken it a bit with some butter and flour but after it cooled and set was quite tasty. Searing the chops a bit before cooking added some great color and set the salt and pepper in to hangon through the simmer. Great recipe.
Absolutely lovely! I made these for lunch for my inlaws along with a few other bits and it was really great. The sauce was very thin, so I added some cornflour to thicken it, but apart from that, it was perfect. Thanks for a great recipe!
I actually made this in my crockpot... just mixed the sauce and poured in on top. Cooked on low 4 hours and they were tender and perfect. Yum! Thanks for the great recipe!
