- 1⁄2 lb penne pasta
- 2 cups mayonnaise
- 1⁄4 cup Dijon mustard, country-style
- 1⁄4 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1⁄4 cup cauliflower, chopped
- 1⁄4 cup broccoli, chopped
- 1 medium carrot, peeled and small diced
- 1 stalk celery, small diced
- 1 small yellow squash, small diced
- Cook, drain, and rinse the pasta.
- Whisk together the mayonnaise, mustard, honey, and lemon juice.
- Toss in the pasta and vegetables.
- Chill well before serving.
