A great dressing for salad or green steamed veggies.
- 1⁄4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1⁄4 cup white wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 cup peanut oil
- Combine the first 4 ingredients in a bowl and gradually whisk in oil, and continue whisking until dressing is slightly thickened and smooth.
Made this to have on my salad for lunch. I cut the recipe in half and used the ingredients given. Very tasty with the bonus of being extremely easy to make. A keeper for our family. Thanks Latchy :)
Yum, yum. Clean and simple flavors, not too sweet. I love it. I used cider vinegar and olive oil, only because that's what I've got on hand. I also used slightly less oil, probably 2/3 cup. So my total volume was about 1 1/3 cups. Very tasty, I'll make this one a steady for our household. Thanks, Latchy.
This makes an outstanding dressing. This was made to use in recipe #185336 and it worked very well. It also makes a wonderful dressing for salad greens. I used olive oil but other than that made it as directed. Definately a keeper.
