Honey-Dijon Chicken

- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 teaspoons dill seeds
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1⁄4 cup bottled honey-dijon salad dressing
- 2 tablespoons water
directions
- Melt butter in a large frying pan set over medium-high heat. Add dill seeds and stir constantly until fragrant, from 1-2 minutes. Add chicken and cook until golden brown, 2-3 minutes per side.
- Once chicken is browned, stir in dressing and water. Cover, reduce heat to medium-low and cook chicken, turning once, until it feels springy when pressed, from 10-12 minutes more.
- Remove chicken to a serving platter and pour sauce over top. Great with potatoes "baked" in the microwave and peas and carrots.

<br>I guess the dish that I am famous for is my Christmas ham - my family all comes home for Christmas, and if i don't have my ham they are dissapointed, and my grandson wants the pistachio squares!!! so I guess that is the dishes that I'm famous for.
