- 1⁄2 hot chili pepper (fresh or dried)
- mild cheddar cheese, cut into cracker sized squares
- Stir finely chopped pepper (and seeds) into a soft creamed honey (gently warm, if necessary, to soften).
- Spread on cheese slices and serve on crackers.
