Thank you so much for this recipe. It taste just like my step-mother used to make and I've misplaced her recipe. This is exactly like she made it. My husband and 3 sons all love it and that's saying alot! :) Thank you.

MY favorite! Ive made this a couple times now and I love it! My husband even ate it (he's picky about his meat) and most recently, my 15 month old DD was at my plate begging for the sauce and rice. Very tastey and easy to make.

This didn't work for me today, and I'm not sure why. It's exactly my recipe, only with garlic added, and that didn't change it much. I'm thinking that maybe taking the top off the last 1/2 hour intensified the flavor too much for me. At any rate, i'm giving it the same rating that i would give my own version of this, and just figuring it was an off day for me, because i really do usually enjoy it.

I used a boneless chicken breast with this 'cause it's just me. I'm not sure if I got my proportions correct for this downsizing, but I did enjoy the flavor of the glaze that was produced. Next time (and there will be a next time) I will double the honey mixture to produce more sauce as suggested in your intro.
