This is a great, incredibly simple and fast recipe. Serve with apple slices, strawberries, grapes--works great with a homemade fruit tray. If you reduce the milk so that the consistency is a bit thicker you can turn it into a spread instead.

Made this for my After School group. I added a heaping Tbsp. of grape jelly and cut the honey to a 1/4 cup. We dipped apples and crackers. It was yummy! Children's comments: "This is really good", "Can I taste it? Oh! I like that!", "Mmmm". This is a keeper!
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1⁄3-1⁄2 cup honey (to taste, use clover honey for a milder flavor)
- 2 -4 tablespoons milk
