- 1⁄2 cup unsalted butter, room temp
- 1 1⁄4 cups confectioners' sugar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1⁄8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- In a medium mixing bowl, beat all ingredients together until well combined and smooth (4-5 minutes).
So good!!! I made this frosting to put on Pumpkin Cupcakes, and it was a great combo. I think it would be even better on a plainer flavored cake or cupcake, but was yummy this way none the less. One co-worker was wishing she could just eat the frosting from a bowl.
