Yay, a smoothie without bananas! I used ricotta instead of cottage cheese since that's what I had in the fridge and soya milk instead of ordinary, and it still tasted great. Next time I'll try using blackberries or raspberries instead of the strawberries and see how it turns out. Thanks for a great recipe!

What's not to like in this drink ~ 5 out of 6 ingredients that I enjoy, all mixed together in no time at all!
