This is different from all the other ones because it uses marshmellow cream. My husband just can't stop eating it. Great with cornbread.
- Using a hand mixer, mix all of the ingredients.
This tastes lovely, I did find my mixture just a little thin though, not really spreading consistency but still tastes good.
This butter was really good on warm, homemade biscuits. It's also very rich, so a little goes a long way. I let the butter sit at room temp for too long of a time, which resulted in the mixture being thin. I did pop it into the fridge to thicken up before serving and that did the trick.
