Honey Butter

I received this recipe from a lady in a department store who was demonstrating bread mixers. It makes quite a bit, I will guess at how much, because I have really never thought about it. This recipe can easily be halved, but typically I make the whole thing and then shape into logs or sticks and place them in the freezer and pull out as needed. I will give prep time 15 minutes for shaping into logs for the freezer.

It seems WAY too sweet. I would suggest cutting down the honey. The next time I try this, I will try it with 1/2 cup honey and add more as needed.
