These are very tasty and great for the kids to make.
- 15 chocolate graham crackers, crushed
- 1 cup crunchy peanut butter
- 2⁄3 cup honey
- 1⁄2 cup powdered milk
- 1 cup coconut
- Place graham crackers, peanut butter, honey, and powdered milk in a large bowl and combine with your hands.
- Roll mixture into small balls and then roll in coconut.
- Chill before serving.
These are easy to make and very yummy. I don't mind these being messy to make because they taste very good at the end of my meal :) Thanks for sharing!
