Honey BBQ Sauce

"This sauce is terrific on BBQ'd chicken, ribs, pork and as a cold dipping sauce. My dear husband can't keep his hands out of the kettle when I'm cooking up a batch of this. Yeah, I admit it's sometimes a bit easier to run to the store and get a bottle of BBQ sauce, but this has more of an "omph". Enjoy! :-)"

I teach at both a high school and college several miles away from home. Cooking during the week is sometimes difficult to do so I'm always looking for easy recipes I can incorporate into a busy week. On weekends, you'll usually find me cooking up a storm for occassional leftovers for the week or to entertain guests. My favorite tool to cook with... the grill. If I didn't live so close to the cities, I'd cook over an open pit fire every night.
