Honey Barbecue Dipping Sauce (Low Fat)

"This is similar to KFC's but in my opinion much improved -- you will need to adjust the honey to suit taste, for a bit of heat add in a pinch of cayenne pepper, plan ahead this sauce needs to be chilled for a minimum of 6 hours before using or overnight the longer chilling time the better -- this makes a great dipping sauce for chicken strips see recipe #79996"

  1. Great dipping sauce to go with our chicken fingers and fries!

  2. This sauce turned out very good! I used just 1/4 cup honey because I was afraid it might be too sweet for my liking. It was just right like this. I used it for boneless chicken wings and they were delicious! Very easy too.

  3. Yummy dipping sauce. I used with your Crispy Chicken Strips #79996. I will definately make this sauce again and use it for different things. Thanks for the recipe!!

  4. I made this for Aus/NZ recipe swap. I like that you throw everything together and simmer it. Put on chicken to bake and tasted great. This is now my ONLY BBQ recipe! I put this into my book#234006. Thanks again, Carol!

  5. MMMM. What a nice and easy sauce to prepare! I fried some chicken wings and then simmered them in this sauce for 30 minutes. My SS had some friends over and they loved them. One of the boys asked me if I would teach his mom how to cook. :-)
