5 year old DD loved it, I found it overly sweet. The banana I used was not even fully ripe but I did fry the slices until slightly brown in organic unsalted butter which I think gave it much more flavour and we love banana that way. I used straight from an organic farm fresh eggs where the chickens have space and eat grass sometimes, for the milk I used organic full fat coconut milk, and organic local raw honey which I would reduce if I make this again.
