It makes a decent glaze that's quite good on grilled chicken. I marinated Chicken in a vacuum marinator for 10 min and it was delicious. I tried using it on grilled radicchio and it was too sweet even after adding extra balsamic vinegar. Overall it's decent but prepared for something fairly sweet.

  1. Bring vinegar and honey to boil over medium-high heat.
  2. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. Stir in ketchup, garlic, oil and rosemary, reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for 2 minutes.
  4. Stir in lemon zest and pepper.
  5. Cool completely, will keep in refrigerator for 1 week.
