  • Place all ingredients in a food processor.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Rub onto a fully cooked ham and heat according to the package instructions for the weight.
  • Baste often.

  1. I made this diabetic friendly by using sugar free marmalade and substituting Splenda blend brown sugar for the honey. Like the others, I didn't blend. I did however heat in a small saucepan to melt the brown sugar. Very nice glaze. Thanks subby.

  3. I really enjoyed the flavor this gave. I have to admit I was feeling absolutely lazy after having made my first attempt at yeast rolls so I didn't even blend this smoothe. I just left it chunky and it was awesome. I probably won't bother to blend this next time either. Thanks for a great stanby...just a note if you have a large ham like I did I would probably add the glaze a little later not at the very start.
