Honey and Lemon Salad Dressing

Directions

  1. Combine lemon juice with olive oil in a small jar and shake well.
  2. Combine honey and vinegar in small bowl or cup and stir until honey is dissolved and then add to lemon juice/oil mixture in jar.
  3. Add remainder of ingredients (salt - sherry) and shake well (or whisk) to combine.
  4. Refrigerate.
  5. Shake well before using.

This is a nice dressing - not too sweet. I used white onions, minced & a splash of white wine, as that was what I had on hand. I also subbed a minced garlic clove for the powdered garlic. It made a nice dressing for a green salad with chicken, pears & dried cranberries & blueberries.
