This would be so lovely on warm muffins. If you had tiny molds or cookie cutters you could make this fancy for special occasions.
- In a small mixing bowl, beat butter, honey, brown sugar and extract until light and fluffy.
- Transfer to a sheet of plastic wrap; roll into a log.
- Refrigerate until chilled. Unwrap and slice or place on a butter dish.
I always made my honey butter just by using honey and butter but the brown sugar and almond make it 100% better yet. Before I was just guessing
