      Traditional Torrejas in Honduras are made with Pinol (fire roasted fresh corn kernels mixed with cinnamon), which unfortunatley is not found in the united states and the Pinol that is rarely available is not good. Ladyfingers are an acceptable subsitute. Thanks for posting.
