  • Soak the chickpeas for about 24hours in about 1.5liters water.
  • Rinse the chickpeas and cook them in boiled water with the baking soda. This will take about one hour and a half.
  • Rinse the cooked chickpeas.
  • Mix the garlic with the chickpeas in a blender. You must obtain a pretty thick paste.
  • Add the sesame oil and then the sesame oile.
  • When served, add a little olive oil on top.
