Good blend of flavors I like. Hope you do as well.
- 1 (14 ounce) can hominy (yellow or white drained)
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1⁄2 onion (chopped)
- 1 (10 ounce) can tomatoes and green chilies (drained)
- 1 cup cooked rice (I use brown rice)
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- salt and pepper
- Brown ground turkey with onions.
- add all other ingredients and simmer for 15 minutes.
- Add seasonings and liquid to taste and consistency desired.
