Ingredients: 2 (15 ounce) cans yellow hominy or 2 (15 ounce) cans white hominy; 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can mushroom soup; 0.5 (10 ounce) can Ro-Tel tomatoes; 1 cup grated cheddar cheese; 1 cup crushed corn chips

ingredients

2 (15 ounce) cans yellow hominy or (15 ounce) cans white hominy
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can mushroom soup
0.5 (10 ounce) can Ro-Tel tomatoes
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1 cup crushed corn chips

directions

Mix all the ingredients except the corn chips.
Put in 2-quart casserole dish and cover with corn chips.
Bake for 35 minutes at 350°F.
