Casserole made with hominy, tomatoes, cheddar cheese and corn chips.
- 2 (15 ounce) cans yellow hominy or 2 (15 ounce) cans white hominy
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can mushroom soup
- 0.5 (10 ounce) can Ro-Tel tomatoes
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1 cup crushed corn chips
- Mix all the ingredients except the corn chips.
- Put in 2-quart casserole dish and cover with corn chips.
- Bake for 35 minutes at 350°F.
