I too, have been eyeing this recipe up at allrecipes.com-this is their most popular roast turkey recipe with over 600 reviews. I must admit I was a bit skeptical, this looked so ridiculously easy...after brining my turkey for the past few years to achieve a moist bird I was kind of scared to try it. I am so glad I did!!! The reviews and the title (I'm from Michigan) persuaded me. This was the most moist, tender and juicy bird I've ever eaten! I followed the recipe exactly except I forgot to add the chicken bouillon to the warm water mixture! I realized my mistake halfway through roasting it and put 3 tablespoons in the liquid around the bird and then basted a few times. My guests were full of praise as well! Thank you for posting this-I decided to write my review here because more people at Zaar need to try this! No more brining for me ever again!
