Just made this and I Love it!!!! Best meatloaf ever!
My mother made her meatloaf almost in an identical fashion. Since my husband isn't a fan of oatmeal filler, I use fresh bread torn into crumbs, in the same proportion, approx. 1 to 1.5 cup. To add a little zip to the meatloaf, I add 3-5 jalapenos, seeded and chopped. I love this recipe, thanks for sharing it.
Due to the fact that we are also hunters I used deer sausage for this instead of pork. Turned out delicious! Thanks for sharing!
