Tender, beefy pot roast made in the slow cooker.
- 2 lbs boneless beef chuck, cut into large chunks
- 1 (14 1/2 ounce) canhunt's stewed tomatoes, undrained
- 1 (1 1/2 ounce) package beef stew seasoning
- Combine meat, tomatoes with their liquid and the seasoning in slow cooker. Cover with lid.
- Cook on LOW 8 hours (or on HIGH 4 hours).
