Pretty good. I did what the reviewer said and added more soy sauce and liquid smoke. We also added paprika (no need to use food coloring). DELICIOUS. : ) Will definitely be making this in the future.
This was very easy and certainly yielded crunchy little bits that would add nice texture to salads, sandwiches, or to the top of a soup. I did find that the flavor was a little light for my own taste, so I would probably tweak it by adding some molasses and soy sauce to more closely resemble the flavor of this cook's (Sharon123) Bacon with a Vegan recipe, which is fantastic.
