Questions & Replies

  1. I found this recipe because I just read an article about a critical factor in good biscuits: Having **soft wheat** self-rising flour. https://www.theatlantic.com/amp/article/576526/ Has anyone tried this with different types of flour and if so have you noticed a difference in results?

  1. Although I don't use self-rising flour often it does come in handy. I made a 2-cup batch and kept the leftover in the freezer for future cooking projects. Two batches were prepared-one with unbleached white flour and the other with ww flour. Thanks! Reviewed for Veg Tag/March.
