Made as posted and grand kids rated three stars. Changed to 1 cup white rice, 2 packages chicken flavored ramen noodles with seasoning packet, 4 cups low fat low sodium chicken broth, 2 1/2 tablespoons no salt butter. Simmered in 8 cup covered sauce pan for 20-25 minutes = 5 star. Thank you sae.
This a great recipe. It turned out better than I expected. I used less water because I like my rice kind of firm or just done. Husband and children loved it. It's a keeper. Definitely better than plain white rice.
