I had some stale bread so thought it was a great idea to tackle another ZWT recipe. These breadcrumbs taste nice & cheesy, I subbed sage for the rosemary as I didn't have any and left out the sugar. made for ZWT 4.

I keep my leftover bread ends in the freezer till I have enough to make breadcrumbs or croutons. I love the flavors in this mix! Yum! Thanks Rita, for a recipe I will use again!

Made for ZWT4..This was soo easy. I always end up with a few pieces of bread that are stale and I save them up to make breadcrumbs from. I have never thought of making seasoned ones. I will keep making these instead of buying the expensive ones at the store.

We were out of breadcrumbs for today's brunch, and this recipe saved our salmon cakes. We didn't add parmesan b/c we didn't have any, and cut recipe in half as we didn't need this much - still turned out wonderful. Super easy, quick and delicious. Thanks once again, Rita!

I can't wait to really try it. It's so easy to do and that way I can control the quantity of sodium. I used a no sodium salt. It smells so good. Thanks Rita :) Made for photo tag game.

Bread crumbs just the way we like them. The only adjustment I made was to omit the parmesan cheese. I will add it at the time I use the breadcrumbs for a recipe. Thanks, Carole in Orlando

This is a good, versitile recipe. I used it to make chicken breasts. The cheese helped to develop a nice crust. I look forward to using this to make meatballs.
