  1. I have to admit I did add a few extra herbs and spices to suit my own taste. Parsley, Chives, minced fresh garlic. But, with that said I have looked at many Ranch Dressing recipes and this base is by far the best I have seen. Thick, creamy and you can customize it to suit your tastes. It's fabulous!!
     
  2. Home made dressings are so much more flavorful and healthy than store-bought. We really liked the tangy flavor from the lime and sour cream. I added more herbs such as dill, extra garlic and I also added cayenne pepper to give it a little zip. I also increased the mayo just a bit. Made for Fall PAC, 2012.
     
  3. This is the best ranch recipe i've made. The inclusion of fresh lime and garlic brings a wonderful tang. Also, i see a lot of recipes with a 1-1 mix of mayo/buttermilk but the sour cream is a must!
