  • Place rabbits in a large pot and add water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat. Cover and simmer for about 30-45 minutes or until rabbit is cooked and falling from the bone.
  • Remove rabbit from the pot. Remove all meat from bones, making sure you get all the bones from the pot as well. Discard bones. Return rabbit meat to pot.
  • Return pot to a boil. Add barley, rice and vegetables. Reduce heat. Cover and simmer for about 30 minutes or until rice and barley are tender and most of the liquid is absorbed.
  • Remove from heat. Stir in canola oil.
  • Cool completely. Stir in yogurt.
  • Package meals in Ziploc bags or containers. Refrigerate or freeze.
