- In a bowl, pour water, then add oil and yeast.
- Stir and let sit for 10 minutes.
- Add flour and knead it a little, till combined, but not formed into a ball.
- Add salt and sugar and knead till the dough is smooth.
- Cover the dough with a clean, dry dish towel and let it rest for an hour before using.
