This is outstanding pimento cheese. You can use it for various things...dips, sandwiches, burger topping, etc. Enjoy! NOTE: All ingredients needs to be room tempature prior to making.
- 236.59 ml extra-sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 118.29 ml monterey jack cheese, shredded
- 59.16 ml mayonnaise
- 29.58 ml cream cheese
- 56.69 g pimientos, drained and diced
- 14.79 ml bread and butter pickle juice
- 7.39 ml horseradish sauce
- 4.92 ml yellow mustard
- Combine all ingredients in a medium mixing bowl.
- Mix until well combined.
Very good. I used it for our bacon burger dinner. Made as directed, but will add just a bit more horseradish next time. :)
