  1. Excellent! The only change I made was to up the pepper to 1 1/2 tsp for a little more kick! Reminds my family of one we have had from Whole Foods.

  2. I used this recipe for inspiration and wow the results were excellent. I made a few changes to suit my own personal taste. Instead of grated cheese I cut the cheese into small cubes. I used the breadmaker to knead the dough for me and I added the cheese towards the end of the kneading (I dont have an "add in" beep, but for those of you who do that is the time to do it). When the dough cycle finished I took the bread out, shaped it, put it into well oiled pans, and baked it at 375 for 35 minutes. The little cubes of cheese were all melty and fantastic. I used fresh ground black peppercorns that were ground as coarse as possible. This bread is so good served with olive oil and balsamic vinegar, thanks for sharing the recipe!

  3. Very good bread which we had with spaghetti and marina sauce. The only change I will make next time is add a bit of garlic. Thanks for sharing!

  4. This is definitely 5 star! I just shared a piece of the warm bread fresh out of the bread machine with my husband and we agree, it's a "doer again". The only thing I did differently was to add 1/3 cup toasted pinenuts at the beep of the bread machine. Love the taste of the pepper in it, not overpowering, but gives it a pizazz. Thanks, Carole in Orlando
