My grandma passed this recipe down to me when I was 13 and I have always gotten good reviews. It's super simple and quick to whip up before a party or BBQ. I know it sounds like the recipe is lacking something, but trust me on this one!
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl by hand.
- Drop dough by the spoonful on a greased cookie sheet.
- Make a criss-cross pattern on the top of the dough with a fork.
- Bake for 7-9 minutes.
- Let cool on a wire rack or plate.
very good but instead of adding egg I added 14 cup applesauce and turned out great
I have only one word for this recipe --- WOW!!!! These absolutely rival other recipes that call for more ingredients and more steps. This recipe has replaced all others for peanut butter cookies -- even my own mother's!
These are the Bomb! kudos to the chef. You can make these anywhere, anytime, you can make these in a heartbeat they are so easy. They are delicious and they don't last long around my house. thanks. PS...no mess
