- 2 lbs American cheese
- 2 lbs Velveeta cheese
- 2 (10 ounce) cans Ro-Tel tomatoes
- 1 (10 ounce) can water
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1⁄4 teaspoon pepper
- Mix all ingredients EXCEPT cheeses together.
- Cook for 20 minutes over medium-low heat.
- Then add cheese & blend.
