It's easy, it's good, and they may start asking for it instead of store bought. Use it warm or let it cool.<>< Error was fixed, cook 50 seconds, not 50 minutes.

**Update: I decreased the water to 1/3 cup and it was perfect consistency for my tastes.** Delicious! It was a bit runny, but the taste was wonderful, so I will be making again and will decrease the water next time. I made to go over Night Before Christmas French Toast. Thanks tcourto for a great recipe.

Tasty syrup! Not very thick but yummy on french toast. Thanks for sharing the recipe! Made for the Best of 2011 event, recommended by alligirl

Perfect for when you're out of syrup, and don't realize it 'til the pancakes are made. I had syrup on the grocery list, but kept forgetting it. After making this, I may never put it on my list again. It was quick and easy; I followed as written. GREAT, and who knew? I'll tuck this one away, and use it again, for sure! Thanks for sharing, tcourto! Made for PAC Fall 2011.
