- 1 room temperature egg
- 236.59 ml safflower oil
- 4.92 ml lemon juice
- 4.92 ml white vinegar
- 4.92 ml mustard powder
- 2.46 ml garlic powder
- 3.69 ml salt
directions
- Put all ingredients in a jar, and mix with a stick blender. My blender has an aerating attachment, so this is what I use.
- Refrigerate right away.
- A jar of mayo should keep about 2 weeks before it should be discarded.
- You can also use canola oil if you prefer.
