  • Melt butter in a large frying pan.
  • Add 1 cup of milk and 1 Tbsp flour; stir until thick.
  • Add salt and pepper.
  • Cook and drain noodles.
  • Add noodles to pan.
  • Stir in 2 cups cheese and mix well.
  • Place in baking dish, cover, and bake for 30 min at 350 degrees.
