from "Lipstick Blogger" - http://lipstickblogspot.blogspot.com/2011/01/homemade-kahlua.html - haven't made this yet, so the yield is completely a random guess!
- Boil water, coffee and sugar.
- Just as it boils, turn down heat to medium low. Simmer for 2 hours, stirring occasionally. After two hours, you should have a syrup that coats the back of your spoon.
- Allow to cool. Add vanilla and vodka.
- Store in a cool dry place. This will keep for at least 3 months!
