This cool summer drink has the flavor of old time ice tea. I received this recipe from a aunt many years ago and I still prefer this over the powdered or bottled kind? I always wondered what it would taste like if I added frozen raspberry juice instead of the lemonade. Maybe this will be the summer that I try it!
Directions:
1
combine the tea bags, sugar and water.
2
boil softly 3-5 minutes.
3
let cool to room temperature.
4
add the can of lemonade to a gallon jar.
5
fill 3/4 full with water.
6
pour in the tea mixture.
7
stir well.
8
add ice cubes.
9
enjoy!
Ratings & Reviews:
This tea is great as is and it is still great when you use strawberry flavor. Thanks for sharing this recipe.

I really liked this tea. It is like one I used to get called Arnold Palmer tea. Not overly sweet. Will make again.
Thanks smoke alarm jr.
