Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 cup cubed peeled horseradish root (1/2 inch pieces)
  • 34 cup vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 14 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender; process until pureed.
  2. Carefully remove cover of processor or blender, keeping face away from container. Cover and store in refrigerator.
  3. Use as a condiment.
  4. Enjoy!
