  1. Such a neat idea! The only reason I'm giving this 4 stars instead of 5 is because the cook time seems to be way off. The first time I made it, I stopped the microwave at 3 minutes (instead of the posted 3 1/2 minutes) and the popcorn was still really burned. The next time I shortened the time even further for better results. I will also need to tweak the amt of salt, maybe cutting it in half. I LOVE the idea of using stevia. I will definitely make this again with my few adjustments. Thank you for posting this recipe. It's a fast, easy and healthier way for me to get my popcorn fix!
