Very yummy alternative to prepared hummus, can be used on toasted pitas or (as I like to have it) on crusty bread with grilled veggies as a sandwich. Super easy!!
- 2 tablespoons tahini (sesame paste)
- 1 (15 ounce) can chickpeas
- 1⁄2 teaspoon ground coriander
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 dash hot sauce (optional)
- salt and pepper
- Blend measured ingredients.
- Season to taste with hot sauce and salt/pepper.
