This recipe worked out great. I only simmered for 8 minutes and it was quite thick so I took it off the stove and added the lemon. Final flavor is right on! I made it for Bargain Basement to use in recipe #255446 and it worked out perfectly. Great recipe, thanks for sharing!

  1. Bring pomegranate juice and sugar to a boil over moderate heat, stirring until sugar is dissolved.
  2. Simmer until reduced to about 1/2 cup, about 10 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in lemon juice.
  4. Cool to room temperature.
