My friend Alexis gave me this recipe and I loved it! These granola bars are great if you love granola, but want something that is fresh and all-natural. Additionally, they are a lot cheaper than buying the Natural and Organic bars in the stores. They can even be made vegan by substituting the honey for pure maple syrup. Enjoy!
Lightly grease a 9x13 pan. In a large bowl combine all ingredients except chocolate chips and raisins. Once ingredients are mixed, gently fold in chocolate chips and raisins.

Pour and press mixture into pan (use a sheet of wax paper to press down granola, so it does not stick. Lightly grease if needed). Bake 18-22 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool for 10 minutes and cut. Cool completely before removing from pan.

Wrap individually. Can be frozen if desired.

*Add what you like -- coconut, nuts, sunflower seeds, etc to make it your own. You can also reduce the oatmeal and add other cereal, etc.
These taste great, but when you hear "granola" you think healthy - and these have a stick and half of butter in them, therefore the 3 stars. I baked them at 350 degrees.
