I've made it twice so far and have varied the yeast ratio. The first batch had too much yeast and had fermented a bit and while I thought it was tasty, the gang here decried the yeasty flavor. Round two less yeast and made the first half cup of water warm to "excite" the yeast and it turned out amazing. Can't wait to spring it on the rest of my family. Thanks!
