- 1.23 ml white pepper
- 2.46 ml sugar
- 4.92 ml minced garlic
- 907.18 g ground pork
- 78.78 ml wine
directions
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Chill overnight.
- Stuff into casings tying off at 5 inches.
- Hang for 1 to 2 days in cool place (45°F).
