A French sausage I found in Better Than Store Bought. You can add 1 teaspoon of Spice Parisienne if you want.
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Chill overnight.
- Stuff into casings tying off at 5 inches.
- Hang for 1 to 2 days in cool place (45°F).
